Extended Time
With cash bar $500.00 room charge per hour
With Premium Open Bar- Room charge plus $5.00 per person
With House Open Bar-Room charge plus $4.00 per person
With Beer/Wine/Soda-Room charge plus $2.00 per person

Ceremony fee
There is a $300.00 ceremony fee.

Guest Minimums
100 person guest minimum for Saturday events

Guests under 21
Guests attending who are under 21 and working professionals will be charged the 49.50 package price
Limited to no more than 10% of guests for under 21 and 8 professionals
Guests 12 and under
Children under the age of 12 will be charged 22.50 up to 10 children

Deposits and Payments
A $500.00 deposit is required to secure your date and is credited to your final bill. This deposit is nonrefundable. All charges subject to 18% service charge and 8% sales tax. Final payment is due 48 hours prior to your event.
All prices reflect a 5% bank certified check or cash discount. Please add 5% to all prices with paying with a credit card.

Final Guest Guarantee
Final guest guarantee is due the Tuesday prior to your event date. This final count cannot be lowered however additions are welcome and can be paid the night of the event.

Overnight accommodations
A complimentary bridal suite will be offered to the bride and groom at Cocca's Inns & Suites. Guests will be eligible for discounted room rates at both Cocca's Inns & Suites and LaQuinta.
